Central to the Dunmore experience is our food and wine. Where possible we source our food locally. All our Fish is caught in Irish Waters by Irish Fishing Boats that land in Union Hall. Organic Leaves from Dunmore’s Beachside Organic Tunnels. Organic Vegetables & Leaves from Radical Roots Farm & Jonathan Doig. Free Range Eggs from Declan Walsh, Ballinascarthy. Shellfish from Glenmar, Union Hall. Wild Smoked Fish from Woodcock Smokery. Chorizo & Cheese from Gubbeen Smoke House.

“Adrift”, our main dining area, hosts breakfast, formal lunch and evening dinner. Family and special occasions are enjoyed in this unique setting. All menus offer classic cuisine, carefully prepared with a modern and individual twist.

Our wine selection is sourced from different suppliers to offer a varied and eclectic choice.

Open each evening from 7.00pm to 9.00pm. It is recommended to make reservations in advance.
